A century-old farmhouse, carefully restored while keeping its original character. A fire pit in the inner garden, a tent sauna in season, and a bath drawn from the property's own well. The house is part of an ongoing project we are building together with children, by our own hands.

STAY
A few days in a private kominka, at your own pace. Meals, sleep, and play — shape them all your own way.
Meals are not provided in-house. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils, and cooking oil, salt and pepper are stocked. Bring local ingredients or your favorite drinks and enjoy them as you wish.
Up to 7 guests: 2 semi-double + 3 single beds. From 8 guests, futons are added (up to 7 sets), accommodating up to 14 total. Children 6+ count toward the headcount; under 6 stay free (shared bed, no towel).
A fire pit in the inner garden (firewood & splitting free), a well-water bath, and a seasonal tent sauna. Barbecue gear is included. Play with the bamboo jungle-gym and swing we built with children from the hill behind.
Check-in 15:00 / check-out 10:00 the next morning (12:00 on the weekday plan). Complete check-in online beforehand, and we will guide you to the key on the day.

PLEASE NOTE
A few notes that come with an old house and a natural setting. Please read before arrival.
The house sits in a natural environment. Activities such as open fires are at your own risk, so please take care.
Being a traditional house, it has some uneven fittings and rough timber. Please treat it gently.
Other buildings on the property are still under restoration. Please do not enter the construction areas.
Insect repellent may be needed in season; please bring your own.
There are no wild boar, but you may spot swans, peacocks, black kites, tanuki (raccoon dogs) and wild hares around the grounds.
The fire pit and tent sauna cannot be used in the rain.
No tarps or tents are provided, but you may bring and set up your own (please let us know at booking).
